 this is a community similar to ~players and ~impostors, and was created to help people find private and group storylines. in addition to functioning as an intermediary, we also plan on being a participant, by making ~blab more of an actual community than a bunch of individual lines that have no connection to each other. of course, this doesn't mean we're expecting people to have characters interact outside of their psls or group psls, but instead we've come up with a few ideas that people are free to either leave or take, and are by no means required to participate in if you decide to join. for example, every two weeks we'll be posting a scene challenge. these will hit a full range of subjects, and could land anywhere from "your character just won the lottery" to "your character's car got stolen". they'll just be different, unexpected things to mix up your character's life. we also plan on posting bi-monthly writing posts, where we'll start a thread, and whomever wants to participate can join in. we like to think of it as a potluck, where everyone will be coming in with different things, ready to meet new people and have fun. how's that for cheesy? anyways, we have a few other ideas in the works as well, and we'll unveil those once things start moving along. as always, we also have a few guidelines:
everyone who applies needs to have the information from their app in their journal. that information can be displayed however you want, but it needs to be posted for ease's sake.
you need to have a few icons uploaded to apply. this doesn't mean that you need one for every face that you play, but we require that you have at least a handful of them.
we don't have an activity requirement, but we do ask that you comment our monthly activity posts so that we know who is around, and who is dead weight and in need of removal.
this may not be your average community, but we still require that everyone keep ic and ooc separate, avoid underscores, and try to remember their manners.
last but not least, we think it goes without saying that you cannot advertise community or community lines in blab. there are other, more appropriate communities for that, and all posts that do this will prompted be deleted.
